Lead every role with quota attainment

Sales hiring managers look for quota attainment percentage before anything else. Make it impossible to miss: "Finished FY2025 at 127% of $1.2M quota" or "Ranked #3 of 48 reps nationally in Q3 2025." If you consistently overperformed, say it directly with numbers.

Include deal metrics: size, cycle, and volume

Show the complexity of your sales: average deal size, sales cycle length, number of deals closed, and ACV or TCV. "Closed 34 enterprise deals at avg ACV of $140K with a 90-day sales cycle" tells a hiring manager exactly what you’re calibrated for.

Name the sales methodology you practice
